Professional Training Opportunities at AsLiCo

Each year, AsLiCo offers intensive role preparation courses based on the repertoire programmed for the upcoming season. These courses focus on vocal technique, score analysis, scene study, and musical preparation and are conducted by renowned professionals in the opera field. Past instructors have included:

Winners of the Annual Competition for Young Opera Singers of Europe are automatically enrolled and are expected to attend all courses during the training period. Those singers deemed suitable or are awarded honorable-mention during the Competition may also be invited to attend the courses, the decision of which is at the discretion of the panel of judges. The courses generally begin upon completion of the Competition and continue for approximately 5 months.
